Content. The Site contains information about Suupur and the products it operates. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or professional advice of any kind.

No warranty. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suupur makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of anything on the Site. We may change or remove content without notice.

Intellectual property. All text, images, marks, and source code published on the Site are the property of Suupur or its licensors. The Suupur S mark and the Helmself H mark are trademarks of Suupur Pte. Ltd.

Third-party fonts. The Site ships Adobe’s Source Serif 4 typeface under the SIL Open Font License v1.1. The authoritative licence text is available at /fonts/SOURCE-SERIF-4-OFL-LICENSE.txt.

Linked sites. The Site links to third-party sites, including helmself.com. Suupur is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of linked sites.

Acceptable use. You may not use the Site to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or to scrape content at a rate or scale that degrades service for other visitors. Automated access for reasonable indexing by well-behaved search-engine crawlers is permitted.
